60 Second Plank 25-yard line

3 Yard Line: (Ammo: 10 Rounds)

25 Kettle Bell Swings: 1 Shot to the Torso

20 Kettle Bell Swings: 2 to the Torso

15 Kettle Bell Swings: Failure Drill

10 Kettle Bell Swings: 2 to the Torso

5 Kettle Bell Swings: 2 to the T Box

7 Yard Line: (Ammo: 10 Rounds)

 

Sprint 25 Yard Line & Back: 2 to the Torso

Sprint 25 Yard Line & Back: 2 to the T Box

Sprint 25 Yard Line & Back: 2 to the Torso

Sprint 25 Yard Line & Back: 2 to the T Box

Sprint 25 Yard Line & Back: 1 to the Torso, 1 to the T Box

 

10 Yard Line:  (Ammo: 10 Rounds)

10 Burpees: 1 speed reload, 1 to the Torso

8 Burpees:  1 speed reload, 1 to the Torso

6 Burpees: 1 speed reload, 1 to the Torso

4 Burpees: 1 speed reload, 1 to the Torso

2 Burpees: 1 speed reload, 1 to the Torso

 

15 Yard Line:  (Ammo: 15 Rounds)

10 Right Hand Snatches: Pair to the Torso

10 Left Hand Snatches: Pair to the Torso

5 Right Hand Snatches: Pair to the T-Box

5 Left Hand Snatches: Pair to the T-Box

15 Kettle Bell Swings: 1 to the Torso, 1 to the T-Box


25 Yard Line: (Ammo: 5 Rounds)

10 Kettle Bell Swings: 1 Shot to the Torso

10 Push Ups: 1 Shot to the Torso

8 Kettle Bell Swings: 1 Shot to the Torso

8 Push Ups: 1 Shot to the Torso

30 Kettle Bell Swings: 1 Shot to the T-Box
