We believe that a person needs to be tactical fit for several reasons. How is your body going to react when your heart rate elevates to 170bpm and you have to think clearly, react quickly, pick something or someone heavy up, and then move to a point of safety. What happens when you can't do this effectively? What is the price of a life? Is not being healthy, strong, and fit with you or your family's lives? Because ultimately this could be the price.
